Michelle is a personal and professional development coach and consultant with over 20 years of experience helping others learn, grow, and thrive. She began her career in Human Resources at a law firm in Washington, DC, where she developed a passion for helping others through learning and development. She earned her Master's degree in Education and began teaching in alternative secondary education settings, where she was recognized for her leadership, development, and community-building skills and accomplishments. She was recruited to open a nonprofit's private school division, where she eventually became Head of School and Co-Executive Director. In these roles, Michelle embraced her affinity for helping others achieve their personal and professional goals. With the love, support, and encouragement of an incredible network of clients, colleagues, family, and friends, Michelle founded Collier Connects, LLC to continue helping others thrive.
